Shipping Information
Goods will be shipped out from store within 3 - 5 Working Days after payment has been verified. Payment verification could take up to 1 working day if transferred using Interbank GIRO. The cleansing and reiki charging of goods will be handled wisely and personally, thus the whole process will take up another few more days before shipment is arranged.
Tracking number will be advised via email for tracking purpose after your goods have been delivered. Please track your order online or call the courier service/respective post office directly.
Local Shipping Charges (Within Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak):
1. All orders will be sent via courier service – PosLaju.
2. Courier charges within Malaysia - A Flat Rate of RM8 will be imposed for West Malaysia and RM15 for East Malaysia if your order is less than RM150. Free Courier Service for orders over RM150 within Malaysia.
These rates are for orders weight less than 500g. All orders more than 500g will be advised accordingly about the increase charges via email.
International Shipping Charges:
We offer FREE Shipping for orders over USD150 (equivalent to RM450) via Registered Airmail which will take about 20 working days to reach your doorstep.
A minimal shipping charge of USD10 will be imposed if your order is less than USD150/order;
If you are looking for a courier service in order for your purchase to reach you fast, you are allowed to opt for other carrier services at your own cost.
Post Office Schedule -
Due to improved sales volumn and quality control in the production, we are unable to go to the Post Office everyday. Thus, we have assigned 2 days in a week (Tuesday & Thursday) to go to the nearby Post Office to do the delivery of orders. Kindly leave us a message if your order is urgent and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Custom for an order are NOT included in the shipping charges, and are NOT the responsibility of Earth Flame Center. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Custom office should you have any question or concern about these fees.
